…. and it has been scientifically proven why! Green vegetables are typically UNLIMITED in most (if not all) dietary plans. This is because they have extremely small amounts of fats and unhealthy components, and have very few calories. Plus there is the whole, you know, vitamins and minerals thing….
But look! As if I needed more reasons to eat what is quite possibly mine and my wife’s very favourite vegetable.
