Have you ever had REALLY good chicken? Like I’m talking cooked-to-perfection-every-time chicken. Surprisingly, not everyone has… and this is a tragedy in itself! Especially when amazing chicken is less than an hour away.
We found this recipe on myfridgefood.com and instantly fell in love. The breading is positively delicious. I know that mayonnaise isn’t exactly the healthiest of choices to use as a base for this… but sometimes, you can make a sacrifice here and there and cheat with some foods that maybe aren’t the best for you. Trust us, it’s actually a good idea because cheat days actually help you stick to your diet better than you can imagine. Weird, right? But effective.
So toss this in the oven sometime this week! Give it a try and then let us know how you liked it. We feel pretty confident that it just might become a new family favourite pretty quickly though….
Melt in your Mouth Chicken:
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1½ seasoning salt
- ½ ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Mix mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings
- Spread mixture over chicken breast and place in baking dish
- Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes
