On a quest to find more protein!

Have you ever thought of trying to live vegetarian for even a week?  It’s both harder and easier than you might think!  It`s easier because you can just opt to live on vegetables and grains, but it’s also harder because you need protein to maintain your muscles and bodily functions.  Many people seem to have this misunderstanding because they think that protein only comes from meat.  However, nothing is farther from the truth!  Protein can be found in a number of other foods, you just have to get a little b it creative in the kitchen  :)

Protein can come from many other places than just meat! Try cooking with some of these alternates and see how you feel afterwards
