People in the 21st century are lazy.

There, I said it.  But will anyone that reads this take that statement seriously?  I think that the problem with a lot of people isn’t that they don’t have time like they claim, but just simply that they are lazy.  This has to change!

But how?  It’s simple – like anything else in life, fitness is sometimes best taken in baby steps.  You don’t need to sign up for a 20k marathon right away… but try to work up to it!  It may take a while to reach your goals (and yes, you need to have a written list of your fitness goals!), but it’s always worth it in the end.

Happy Tuesday everybody!  Today, I challenge you to do something that will get your heart rate up for a while.  Jog, take the stairs, anything works!  Just get active today.
