Keep your motivation strong!

Small rewards along the way can be a great way to keep your motivation strong as you try to lose weight.  Set small goals for yourself (maybe each 5 or 10 pounds lost), and congratulate yourself with a treat that will make you feel special each time you meet those milestones.  Get yourself a massage, a new DVD, or maybe a bottle of that Pinot Noir you’ve been wanting to try!

Fitness and health are lifelong things that you will always have to tend to and take care of… but that isn’t a bad thing at all!  Living a healthy lifestyle will benefit you in so many ways that we can’t even begin to list them all here.

Find your own reasons to live healthy, love life, and stay strong!
