Can you name the top high fiber fruits?

When people think of what might be a good source of fiber, I’d be willing to bet that more people would name off some grains (like bread) before even thinking of fruits! ¬†But fruits have some amazing fiber content levels, so much so that (like vegetables) they can be eaten in nearly endless quantities (huzzah!).

Try adding some of these fruits to your weekly grocery list.  Fiber is great for your digestive system!
