Bonus healthy recipe for your Fabulous Friday!

As much as all of us at Heroic Health Headquarters would like to claim that we are perfect and never crave junk food, that wouldn’t be entirely true… we so have our weaknesses and flaws, especially when it comes to certain foods. So we figured that we would share an extra healthy recipe with you this week – Clean Eating Cookie Dough! Yes, that’s right – cookie dough, that can be eaten raw (because it contains no raw eggs), that is not bad for you! What an incredible concept… So whip up a batch of this cookie dough for the long weekend… and enjoy it on the dock with your friends and family! It goes great paired with Bailey’s Milkshakes!


Clean Eating Cookie Dough:

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. agave nectar
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

1)    Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and agave in a blender or food processor. Blend until it’s a fine puree

2)    Remove cookie dough mixture from blender, and place in a large bowl. Add vegan chocolate chips, and mix well with a wooden spoon
