As if we needed a reason….

It’s pretty much common knowledge these days… green tea = healthy!!  And yet, so few people actually drink enough of it to make any noticeable difference at all, and then they complain that nothing is happening and go back to their coffee and sugary soft drinks.  FREEZE!!  Green tea is plenty healthy!  You just need to drink it consistently, and enough to kick those benefits into gear!

Just in case you need yet another reason to indulge in a mug….
