Everybody has heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your body is breaking the overnight fast and readjusting to being functional. You need nutrients by the boatload to accomplish that at 100% though!
So because of this fact, our breakfasts are sometimes just not up to snuff. Cereal? Toast? Some of the regulars, though they have their benefits, are lacking in a lot of the potential nutrients that your body needs.
